Vitamin B12, also known as cobalamin or cyanocobalamin is a B vitamin composed of porphyrins containing cobalt, which is a deep red crystal or crystalline powder, odorless, tasteless, hygroscopic, slightly soluble in water or ethanol, insoluble in chloroform, acetone or ether.

Application fields
